RETURN CONDITIONS FOR DRESSES ON RESERVATION

Besides the General Terms and Conditions (GT&C) valid for all items, the following rules also apply to "Dresses On Reservation", and where applicable, take priority over the GT&C.
Party Look applies specific rules for those dresses, as they are made to order and they are subject to much higher shipping and management costs. Please note that Party Look's customer service is always available to assist you in your purchase and make an informed decision before placing the final order.

A refund can be requested and obtained for dresses that are defective, or if the wrong size has been shipped, in other words for order defects where Party Look is responsible.
The refund is subject to conditions. It is the Buyer's responsibility to provide evidence of the defect, for instance pictures of the dress that are unequivocally proving the issue.
Party Look retains pictures of the dresses that have been shipped to avoid frauds.

A refund cannot be obtained if the dress is substantially in conformity with the order specifications. In particular, a refund cannot be obtained simply on the claim that the color tone of the dress is different from the site images. It is known that any images cannot perfectly reproduce the true color tone.

A refund cannot be obtained if the Buyer has simply changed her/his mind or is not satisfied about the dress fit or look.

For other applicable conditions please consult the GT&C, that the Buyer has to read and expressly accept before confirming the order.

The above described specific rules do not apply for all flower dresses that are available from stock and are not explicitly defined as "on reservation".
